Independent service pricing
Base packages for events in Costa Rica’s central Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM).
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. A 13% VAT is added when an invoice is required. Transportation, access and logistics are confirmed for locations outside central GAM.
Operation during the event
With an operator: US$80 for 5 hours
Static color during formal moments and dynamic color changes during the party.
Additional hour: US$25
Without an operator: the lights remain in one coordinated static color.
When booked with a DJ Esteban service, dynamic operation is included at no additional cost.
The same lighting, three ways to include it
Book it without a DJ to add color to a reception, dinner, launch or celebration; add extra units to a DJ Esteban setup; or receive it as part of selected packages and proposals.
When a DJ package already includes this service, the quantity and placement are defined in the proposal.

Battery-powered lights for indoor spaces
Because they do not depend on power cables, the indoor fixtures allow for an orderly installation beside walls and columns.
This is especially useful at weddings, dinners and corporate events where the technical setup should blend discreetly into the venue design.
Battery runtime is confirmed according to the schedule and planned operating mode.
Outdoor lighting for gardens and trees
Outdoors, uplighting can highlight trees, palms, façades and circulation areas so the event’s visual identity extends beyond the ballroom.
Placement and fixture selection are reviewed according to distance, surface, weather and venue conditions. Equipment is never installed where it will be exposed to rain or direct contact with water.
The outdoor package uses different equipment and pricing from the indoor package.
Static color for formal moments, dynamic color for the party
With an operator, the lighting can maintain an elegant tone during the reception, dinner, speeches and other formal moments.
When the party begins, colors can change in a coordinated way to support the energy of the dance floor without replacing the primary dance lighting.
This operating mode is included when uplighting is part of a DJ Esteban service.
