Instant prints, digital content and fun in one experience
The Photobooth creates an interactive space where guests pose, play with props and take home a personalized printed photo strip on the spot.
It can be booked as a stand-alone service for weddings, quinceañera and Sweet 16 celebrations, birthdays and corporate events, or added to a DJ Esteban proposal at a lower rate depending on the event logistics.
An experience to enjoy, print and share
The experience combines photographs, video-style Boomerangs, instant printing, fun props and digital delivery. Guests can participate more than once and create different memories during the booked service time.
The three-photo strip is created with a custom design for the celebration, and the client receives a link afterward with the content produced during the event.
Choose the backdrop without changing the price
All three options have the same rate. Your choice depends on the style of the celebration and the space available at the venue.
White Inflatable Cube
An immersive white illuminated space that keeps the experience inside the cube and visually separates the Photobooth from the rest of the event.
Space required: approximately 10 × 10 ft.
Inflatable Tunnel
A silver inflatable backdrop with colored lighting, open at the front so other guests can see the fun and feel encouraged to join.
Space required: approximately 13 × 10 ft.
Frame with eight designs
A compact alternative with eight themed backdrops to choose from, including sparkle, floral and LED-wall-inspired designs.
Space required: approximately 10 × 10 ft.
Stand-alone service pricing
Reference rates for events in Costa Rica’s central Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM), with any of the three backdrops.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. A 13% VAT is added when an invoice is required. For locations outside the central GAM, logistics and equipment transportation are confirmed before the date is reserved.
Already booked a DJ Esteban service?
The Photobooth can be added at a lower price when it shares event logistics with a DJ Esteban service.
The rate is stated in the proposal according to the schedule, location and setup booked. This allows you to consider the Photobooth as an add-on without paying the full stand-alone service price.

Printed strips with three photographs and a custom graphic design for your celebration.

Wigs, hats, masks, glasses, signs and other props for creating different photographs.
Photos and Boomerangs
In addition to photographs, guests can create video-style Boomerangs during the session.
Attendant throughout the service
A trained attendant guides the experience and operates the Photobooth throughout the booked service time.
Two ways to take home the memories
A photo strip designed for your celebration
The print is not generic: each strip includes three photographs and a design created with the names, date, colors, theme or visual identity of the event.
For social celebrations, it becomes a personalized keepsake; for corporate events, it can include a logo and brand elements. The design used by the Photobooth is confirmed before the event.
From the Photobooth to their phones
In addition to the print, guests can download the digital content immediately.
- AirDrop is available for compatible devices.
- A QR code makes it easy to download the content on other phones and requires an internet connection at the venue.
- After the event, the client receives a link with the photographs and videos created.
How it works
- Share the details. Send the date, venue or location, service hours, type of event and approximate guest count.
- Choose the backdrop. Select the White Inflatable Cube, Inflatable Tunnel or one of the Frame’s eight designs.
- Personalize the photo strip. The design is prepared with the names, date, theme or visual identity of the event.
- Enjoy the experience. The attendant operates the equipment and assists guests throughout the booked service time.
- Take home the memories. Guests receive their prints and downloads, and the client receives the final link with the event content.
Important requirements for a successful setup
- Space: approximately 10 × 10 ft for the Cube or Frame; 13 × 10 ft for the Tunnel.
- Protection: the equipment must be installed in a covered, protected area.
- Wind: the backdrops cannot be installed in an open area exposed to wind.
- Internet: QR downloads depend on the internet connection available at the venue.
