The VideoWall is approximately 8 ft 6 in wide by 4 ft 11 in high, adding visual content to your event while preserving a clean, professional setup.
It can display photographs, names, custom designs, logos and presentations. During the party, the DJ can also mix music videos and use animated visuals to bring more energy to the dance floor.
Independent service pricing
Rate for events in Costa Rica’s central Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM).
Includes transportation within central GAM, setup, removal, system verification and technical operation. The hours refer to service time during the event; setup and removal do not use those hours.
Service periods longer than 10 hours, special overnight schedules or events that require a relief technician or additional staff are quoted individually. Events outside central GAM or with special access or logistics also require a custom quote. A 13% VAT is added when an invoice is required.
Already booked a DJ Esteban service?
The VideoWall can be added at a lower price when transportation, setup and part of the event staff are shared with a DJ Esteban service.
An independent rental requires dedicated logistics and personnel, which is why its rate is different. The add-on price is included in the proposal according to the package, venue and schedule booked.

When dancing begins, the same VideoWall becomes part of the show: music videos and animated graphics follow the DJ mix and make the entire setup feel more dynamic.

The VideoWall is not limited to running a slideshow. During the party, the DJ can mix video versions of songs and alternate them with animated graphics to keep the screen moving with the celebration.
Esteban’s background in television production and extensive music-video collection make it possible to integrate image and music as a genuine part of the performance, rather than treating the screen as an isolated element.

Photographs, names, videos and brand elements are received in advance so their quality can be reviewed and the best timing can be planned.
At a wedding, the screen can display photographs of the couple during dinner; at a quinceañera or Sweet 16, it can show a portrait session and personalized designs; and at a corporate event, it can reinforce logos, messages or presentations.

- Share the event details. Send the date, location, event type and how you would like to use the screen.
